We reserve the right to void any market if we detect fraud, manipulation, or if the underlying event is cancelled or postponed. If a match is abandoned and later replayed, we apply the replay result. If we cannot confirm an outcome due to external circumstances, we refund the original bet amount.

Bonuses, promotions, and terms restrictions

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. If you abuse a promotion (for example, by opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus), we may close your account and forfeit any balance.

Disputes and complaints

If you have a dispute with cuanbet, contact our support team via email or chat. Describe the issue in detail (account problem, payment delay, market settlement question) and provide relevant information. We investigate disputes and respond within five business days. If you disagree with our response, you can escalate the complaint to our management team.

We keep records of all account activity, market settlements, and transactions. If we cannot resolve a dispute, these records are available to you and to any regulator or arbitrator investigating the complaint.
